These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and RR777 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at RR777. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

• All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. False or incomplete information may result in account closure.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. RR777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Transferring, selling, or otherwise assigning your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

RR777 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Funds may only be deposited using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Using another person's account or e-wallet to deposit funds is strictly prohibited.
• RR777 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals at RR777 are processed in accordance with established procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all transactions. Processing times vary based on the member's VIP tier:

• Bronze Member: Withdrawals are processed within 6 business hours.
• Silver Member: Withdrawals are processed within 4 business hours.
• Gold Member: Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours.
• Platinum Member: Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour.
• Diamond Member: Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes, 24/7.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the RR777 management team. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. RR777 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

All bonuses and promotions offered by RR777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all RR777 bonuses are as follows:

• For in-play (live betting) wagers, odds change dynamically in line with match conditions. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time of the initial click.
• In the event a match is played at a neutral venue different from the originally scheduled one, the result will still count for betting settlement purposes.
• For parlay bets, if one match is cancelled, that match will be removed from the parlay and the odds recalculated based on the remaining matches.

RR777 reserves the right to close or suspend any member account for the following reasons without prior notice, particularly in cases involving fraud or security threats:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• The presence of more than one account registered under the same individual's name.
• Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the bonus system or game outcomes.
• Use of unauthorised third-party software.
• Any activity that RR777 believes may compromise the integrity of the platform or harm other players.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms, any unplayed real deposit balance will be refunded to you after deducting any credited bonuses. Balances involving bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirement are not eligible for a refund.
